Frédéric Dansert and Clotilde Landais, the chef at the Comptoir Gourmand restaurant in Salives, a few kilometres from the Moulin de la Roche, are both committed to promoting local produce and homemade dishes. So it was only natural that a partnership was formed between this Burgundian restaurant, serving traditional Burgundian cuisine, and Domaine Pont-Roche and its unusual accommodation.

If you're looking for fresh, local produce, stop off at the Labergement farm in the hamlet of Moloy, 4 kilometres from the estate. You can also walk to Ferme du Faubourg, 300 metres from the estate.

A little further away, around thirty kilometres, is the charming village of Etaules, which also has a farm and offers direct sales of its produce. 

Finally, if you're passing through Dijon, don't miss a visit to La Fourmilière, a friendly, unusual place that includes a canteen and a zero-waste grocery shop, Au gramme près, where you can find everything you need to prepare tasty meals in your own home.

Discover Burgundy and its dishes

For lovers of culinary road trips and epicureans, Burgundy is an ideal destination. Gastronomic culture plays a very important role in the region. So why not set off on an adventure and indulge in one of the region's numerous Burgundy restaurants ?

In the centre of Dijon or Beaune, there is a wide choice of establishments for lovers of Burgundian cuisine. In the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, for example, there's the gastronomic restaurant Cibo, which makes a point of using only local produce, 314, located around Dijon's magnificent Halles, and La Menuiserie, a restaurant committed to locavore and eco-responsible cuisine. This epicurean excursion is an opportunity to discover the city and the region from another angle, through its dishes and products.

You can also wander through the Tille de l'Ignon valley to taste some of the best wines of the region. delicious Burgundian dishes. We particularly recommend the Auberge Côté Rivière and O Dix in Is-sur-Tille.

And a little further afield, in Saint-Seine l'Abbaye, you'll find two of our favourites: the wine bar Sur la Seine du vin, where Abiba, formerly sommelier at Bernard Loiseau, works, and the gourmet restaurant Le Relais de la Source, with its exceptional setting and stunning cuisine.
