Our Cabane has been designed by the Ar-Tek architectural agency, offering great comfort in the heart of nature, in a truly idyllic setting. You'll be alone to enjoy your romantic getaway. For your comfort, the Cabane is equipped with a kitchen, an inside toilet separate from the Italian-style shower, heating, water, electricity, wifi fibre access, and is open all year round. Maximum capacity 2 people.
Take advantage of its exceptional setting and its changing light effects as the water and the day go by. Minimum 2-night booking in July/August and school holidays.

Our private, ecological Nordic bath is filled with spring water and heated over a wood fire before you arrive. It is emptied completely between each rental - it's YOUR WATER! There's also an outdoor light feature for romantic evenings. Maximum capacity 4 people.
Le Cube has a fully-equipped kitchen, and inside the flat there is a toilet separate from the walk-in shower, water, electricity, heating and WIFI fibre.

My career in tourism is not new...
After working at Club Méditerranée as a "GO" for several years, managing a beach in Cannes on the Croisette for 9 years and many other adventures, I came back to Burgundy to settle in the family property, the Moulin de la Roche.
I came up with this "Chic, nature and design" concept in 2013 with my architects Richard and Vincent Cretin.
It's a real pleasure for me to share my corner of paradise. As you can imagine, I'm passionate about my job and I demand a great deal of respect in the way I render my cottages.

We recommend a minimum stay of two nights so that you can make the most of our facilities and surroundings and enjoy a leisurely morning or breakfast on the terrace.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is recommended if you wish to visit our beautiful region.

La Cabane :
1 night from Sunday evening to Thursday evening, excluding weekends, bank holidays, July/August, school holidays (all zones), Christmas and New Year's Day. Special rate for Valentine's Day.
Le Cube :
2 nights minimum.
3 nights minimum in July/August.
For decks, the minimum stay required is the duration of the deck, Cube and Cabin.
The Domaine is accessible by car, and La Cabane and Le Cube have free private parking.
Pending details of the new finance law, the breakfast offer has been suspended.
Coffee, tea and chocolate are available in our two cottages.
A bakery is located 3 km from the Domaine and our two cottages each have a fully-equipped kitchen. You can prepare your breakfast on site. The bakery is closed on Wednesdays.

Yes, everything is available and the beds are made when you arrive.
The cube is equipped with a 160x200cm keen-size bed and percale or linen sheets.
The cabin has a 140x200cm bed and linen sets.
Please bring slippers for indoors.
No, the accommodations are not equipped to receive babies, children must know how to swim to access the domain.
Yes, by appointment, at a cost of 70 euros for 2 people for a 1-hour well-being session.
We've added two new places to eat around the Domaine. All orders must be settled directly with these traders.
La Fromagerie Maître Corbeau in Is sur tille Tel : 06. 47.21.27.28 Anthony offers you a choice of 4 cheese/sausage/wine platters. To be collected on site after your order.
On the Seine du Vin in Saint Seine l'Abbaye tel: 06.04.45.15.02 Abiba (former Head Sommelier at Bernard Loiseau) offers a home-cooked main course and dessert menu. Depending on your choices (allergen-free, vegetarian) Abiba will be delighted to create a made-to-measure menu, accompanied by a selection of sulphite-free wines. To be collected on site after your order.
Yes, there are several supermarkets and petrol stations in Is sur Tille (15km). You can also visit the Labergement farm, 3 km away, which sells excellent local produce.
ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted at Domaine Pont Roche.
We are very happy to accept pets, but certain rules must be observed out of respect for the premises and for guests who book after you.

GENERAL RULES FOR THE ACCOMMODATION OF PETS AT DOMAINE PONT ROCHE in the CUBE.
General basic rules governing the accommodation of guests with pets at the PONT ROCHE ESTATE in the CUBE to make their stay as pleasant as possible while respecting the comfort of other guests.
Only one pet is allowed in the CUBE. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed with their blanket, cage or kit. Birds, reptiles or any other animal are strictly forbidden.
It is the pet owner's responsibility to maintain the pet in appropriate hygiene and sanitary conditions. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by his/her pet, either to people or to the property. Any damage caused during the stay will be invoiced at the end of the stay. DOMAINE PONT ROCHE reserves the right not to accept pets that disturb other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay. Guests must be responsible for their pets and their behaviour at all times.
Your pet must not have access to the bedroom, sofa, reading light or shower. There is a hose outside for cleaning if necessary.
Before leaving the premises, the owner must remove all excrement from the property.
It should not be left alone in the accommodation unless you have a cage.

Cabane: Arrival from 4pm and departure at 11am.
Cube: Arrival from 5pm and departure at 10am.
However, you can arrive at Cube et Cabane from 3pm, so you can leave your luggage at the accommodation and take advantage of this time to go for a walk in the forest or do your shopping.

Our two private Nordic baths, each with a capacity of 2 people, are cleaned and drained completely between each rental, so you can enjoy your well-being sessions in YOUR WATER, the water from our spring.
Our baths are prepared for your arrival, at a temperature of 39/40 degrees in winter and cooler on request in summer. You will have a stock of wood to fuel the fireplace to extend your sessions.
However, it sometimes happens that some customers do not use the Nordic bath during their stay, which is why we ask you to confirm whether you would like it to be prepared for your arrival to avoid heating it for nothing... Thank you for your understanding.
The Domaine Pont Roche is an intimate domain, the Cube and the Cabane are located on the same bank along the river without any opposite and sufficiently spaced to guarantee your privacy.
Our two accommodation units are equipped with a traditional toilet separate from the Italian-style shower, running water, electricity and heating, for maximum comfort in all seasons.
What's the difference between a Nordic bath and a jacuzzi...A Nordic bath is a bath as its name suggests, there are no bubbles and no motor noise!
Our private Nordic baths are heated over a wood fire, so you can extend your tête-à-tête sessions.

Our terms and conditions:
La Cabane: 1 night's accommodation on weekdays at a rate of €280 incl. VAT (excluding weekends, this rate does not include breakfast).
Le Cube: 2 nights minimum 540 euros incl. VAT for 2 people (this rate does not include breakfast).
In July/August, the minimum stay remains 2 nights for the Cabane and 3 nights for the Cube.
Tourist tax is included in our prices.
Breakfasts are available at an additional cost of 15 euros per person, including VAT.
For bridges, the minimum stay required will be the duration of the bridge.
Each accommodation has its own private car park.
The Cube car park is located 25m away
The car park of the Cabane is located at 10m

At Domaine Pont Roche, we chose not to install air conditioning, as it emits hot air!
If you follow our instructions carefully, you'll be able to keep your cool in the summer.
Please bring your own slippers for indoors, as we no longer supply disposable slippers!
Nespresso machines have been replaced by piston coffee makers (which are better for the planet!).
We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products from a French central purchasing office (less packaging and no intermediaries!).

Yes, there's always water in the river even in times of drought.

It's quite surprising, but there aren't very many mosquitoes on the Pont Roche estate, as I can attest, as I live there all year round.

We do not have electric recharging facilities at the Domaine, but there are charging points nearby, 15 km away in Saint Seine l'Abbaye and Is sur Tille at the Intermarché supermarket.
