Our estate is in the heart of Burgundy, in the Ignon valley, just thirty minutes from Dijon. This distance from the city is ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside and the natural beauty of the region.

Two sustainable, nature-focused accommodation options on the banks of the River Ignon.
Two types of accommodation with two different atmospheres, but with the common features of peace and quiet, respect for the environment and comfort:
- Le Cube, a bright and spacious design flat for up to 4 people, situated on the waterfront with an uninterrupted view of the horizon.
- La Cabane, a cocoon for 1 or 2 people nestled among the trees, with a view over the River Ignon, for a truly intimate stay.
Take the time to relax in your private Nordic bath
Each accommodation is equipped with a Nordic bath. Enjoy a relaxing break during the day or evening, in pure water, changed for you, and heated over a wood fire before you arrive.
From 2027, the Cube will be fitted with a Private swimming pool It is unheated and will be available from June to September.
Slow activities for your stay at the estate
To complete your wellness and slow life break at Frénois, there are plenty of activities on offer. Sports enthusiasts can explore the valley on the hiking trails starting from the estate. A session in the panoramic sauna overlooking the river will soothe the body and mind after your exertions.
Animal lovers can observe wildlife by day or by night using thermal imaging goggles (to be arranged with your host, Frédéric) or binoculars. It is also possible to fish in the river during the Category 1 fishing season, provided you hold a valid fishing licence and practise catch-and-release, out of respect for nature.
