Discover Burgundy and its dishes
For lovers of culinary road trips and epicureans, Burgundy is an ideal destination. Gastronomic culture plays a very important role in the region. So why not set off on an adventure and indulge in one of the region's numerous Burgundy restaurants ?
In the centre of Dijon or Beaune, there is a wide choice of establishments for lovers of Burgundian cuisine. In the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, for example, there's the gastronomic restaurant Cibo, which makes a point of using only local produce, 314, located around Dijon's magnificent Halles, and La Menuiserie, a restaurant committed to locavore and eco-responsible cuisine. This epicurean excursion is an opportunity to discover the city and the region from another angle, through its dishes and products.
You can also wander through the Tille de l'Ignon valley to taste some of the best wines of the region. delicious Burgundian dishes. We particularly recommend the Auberge Côté Rivière and O Dix in Is-sur-Tille.
And finally, in Saint-Seine l'Abbaye, you'll find my favourite address: the wine bar Sur la Seine du vin, where Abiba, formerly sommelier at Bernard Loiseau, works.
